|QUALITY|
Our manufacturing and threading facility is supported by our A.P.I. Q-1 Certified Quality Control Program. Our machinists and inspectors are highly skilled and are trained and qualified on each premium connection/product that we produce. Our machines and measuring equipment are capable of holding the precise tolerances required by the industry.
|FULL-LENGTH THREADING|
Superior Threaded Products has full length threading capabilites with our newly installed automatic rack system with in-line swaging, bucking, inspection and end finishing. Full length capabilities include casing and tubing for API and premium connections, up to 20" in diameter.
|ACCESSORY THREADING|
Superior Threaded Products also offers oilfield accessory threading. We have threaded diverse products from 1" tubing nipples through 20" casing crossovers. We thread offset hangers, gas lift mandrels and other product geometries, contact for these additional specifications. We thread all grades and types of materials, from standard API OCTG grades to Inconel and other CRA materials.
|TURN KEY MANUFACTURING|
Superior Threaded Products provides custom manufacturing of oilfield tools and equipment. We supply turn-key manufacturing services for all of the major OEM's and services companies. We are able to accommodate most any machining process required in the manufacturing of parts demanding critical tolerances, which range from carbon alloy to the most exotic metals. We will take care of all your turn-key needs.
