With new state of the art CNC lathes, our qualified and experienced machinists are capable of machining simple to the most complex of parts to meet your precise customer requirements and specifications. In addition, STP has full length threading capabilities with our newly installed automatic rack system with in-line swaging, bucking, inspection and end finishing.
The manufacturing and threading facility is supported by our A.P.I. Q-1 certified Quality Control Program, which is staffed with Quality Control personnel experienced in the inspection of Premium and A.P.I. connections.
We are a certified A.P.I. facility for Specifications 5-CT, License number 5CT-0932, ISO 9001: 2008, ISO TS9001, API Specification Q1 and API Specification 7.
Superior Threaded Products is also a licensed A.P.I. 5CT facility and sub-contractor for VAM/USA, GB Tubular Connections and can thread A.P.I. threads including rotary shoulder connections, ACME and Stub ACME connections to A.P.I. specifications.
